Once upon a time, some people liked a game called Trackmania Sunrise, and decided to take full advantage of its features.
It lets you design a track for rally cars to race on, so they made an exciting one, with lots of jumps and tumbles.
It lets you share your tracks with your friends, and lets them record how they did, so they gave it to their friends, and their friends' friends, and got them all to record their best runs.
And it lets you compare different runs through the same course, so they took the best thousand and played them all at the same time.
